I can honestly say, I’ve done nothing, ever, with baby bok choy, which belongs to the cabbage family, and contains all sorts of awesome cancer-thwarting compounds.

I’m told it can be steamed, braised or tossed into any stir-fry. A quick request for suggestions via my facebook status message found me these ideas:

  • Halved lengthwise, brushed with peanut oil and tossed on the grill
  • Left whole and braised with chicken broth or with sauteed garlic
  • Steamed and drizzled with toasted sesame oil and sesame seeds
  • Thinly sliced and stirred into a chilled soba salad with a fried egg on to

Might you have more? Cause I have A LOT of bok choy to go through!
